Apple Spice Pancake Mix

INSTRUCTIONS

What you’ll need for 6 large pancakes: 2 eggs + 3/4 cup of any liquid (any milk, water, or yoghurt), 1 cup (120g) Pancake Mix

1. Whisk the eggs, liquid and pancake mix in a large bowl until smooth

2. Let sit for 5 minutes. Gently whisk again, adding another 1 Tbsp of water or milk if too thick.

3. Pour batter onto an oiled hot pan using 2Tbsp per pancake and cook until edges are firm, flip, repeat and eat!

For waffles: cook in waffle iron until slightly crispy on the outside.

**Vegan option: Remove the egg and use plant-based yogurt, chia egg or flax egg.
