Pancake + Waffle Mix

INSTRUCTIONS

What you’ll need for 6 large pancakes: 2 eggs + ½ cup of any liquid (any milk, water, or yoghurt).

1. Whisk 2 eggs, ½ cup milk, and 1 cup (120g) pancake mix in a large bowl until smooth.

2. Let sit for 5 minutes. Gently whisk again, adding another tablespoon of water or milk if too thick.

3. Pour batter onto hot griddle using 2T per pancake and cook until edges are firm, flip, repeat and eat!

For waffles: cook in waffle iron until slightly crispy on the outside.

**Vegan option: Remove the egg and use plant-based yogurt or chia egg or flax egg.
