Chocolate Chia Pudding!
We are lucky to collaborate with some pretty talented chefs (and nutritionists) and this is just one example of a great nourishing meal great for boosting anyone’s health. Brought to us by Nicky Skinner, of Nourished and Vibrant, it is simple and easy (and beautiful). Enjoy!
Chocolate Chia Pudding (with Yum topping)
1 cup milk (or any type of mylk- almond, hazelnut, hemp, rice, etc.
4T chia seeds (preferably organic)
1 T cacao powder
1 T maple syrup (or 1 T allulose or other non-sugar sweetner to make it low sugar or lower carb)
1/2 cup Yum Dark Chocolate granola
Place all ingredients into a glass jar and shake vigourously until seeds are evenly distributed. Stir at 5 minute intervals for 15 minutes to make sure the chia seeds don’t sink to the bottom. Place in the fridge until morning. Top with you Yum and fruit/yoghurt. Enjoy!
